Cookies Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device on return visits and remember information about your preferences and activity.
Cookies come in different types:
- Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a specified period
- First-party cookies: Set by the website you’re visiting
- Third-party cookies: Set by external services (analytics, advertising)
We use the minimum cookies necessary for site operation and basic analytics. No advertising cookies, no retargeting, no third-party advertising trackers.
Cookies we use
Cookies we explicitly do NOT use
Unlike most affiliate sites, we don’t use advertising or retargeting cookies:
Third-party cookies
We use a limited number of third-party services that may set their own cookies:
Google Analytics
For anonymized usage analytics. Configured with IP anonymization and data retention set to 14 months (minimum allowed). Google’s privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
Cloudflare (if used)
For security and DDoS protection. Sets cookies to identify trusted traffic and prevent attacks. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Hosting platform (Hostinger)
Server infrastructure may set technical cookies for performance optimization. Hostinger’s privacy practices apply to these.
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We’ve configured these services for minimal data collection consistent with privacy best practices.
How to control cookies
You have multiple ways to control cookies:
Cookie consent banner
On your first visit, you’ll see a cookie consent banner offering choices:
- Accept all: Enables essential + analytics cookies
- Reject optional: Only essential cookies (analytics disabled)
- Customize: Choose specific categories
Your choice is stored in a cookie and respected on return visits. You can change preferences anytime by clearing your browser cookies or accessing cookie settings.
Browser settings
All modern browsers allow controlling cookies through settings:
- Block all cookies (may break sites)
- Block third-party cookies only
- Delete cookies on browser close
- Allow exceptions for specific sites
Opt-out tools
- Google Analytics opt-out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to disable GA across all sites
- Do Not Track: Enable in browser settings; we respect DNT signals where technically feasible

- We obtain explicit consent for non-essential cookies via consent banner
- You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing browser cookies or adjusting preferences
- Withdrawal of consent doesn’t affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
- Essential cookies are processed under legitimate interest basis and don’t require explicit consent
